I didn’t want to resort to posting here, but here goes :( I ordered 4 Tokyolux shirts on the 14th OF OCTOBER. I live in the UK, so waited the 2-3 weeks for shipping, then emailed them. I got a tracking number a week later, which was useless as the status was always ‘Electronic Shipping info received’ Of course, after these 2-3 weeks, it was too late to launch a PayPal dispute. I emailed every fortnight, with NO RESPONSES. Until the 24th JANUARY, when I got a reply saying they would ‘look into it’. I have responded to this twice since and had no reply. It has been 18 weeks since I placed my order. I have been made to feel stupid and helpless in this, does anyone have any suggestions??
