What did Audrey claim Forever 21 stole from her? That's just stupid. I'm sure a successful chain like that would most definitely have to stoop to her level to get ideas.

Actually Forever 21 (and just about every other trashy sweatshop fast-fashion chain) steals a shit ton from small designers.

Frustration

I didn’t want to resort to posting here, but here goes :( I ordered 4 Tokyolux shirts on the 14th OF OCTOBER. I live in the UK, so waited the 2-3 weeks for shipping, then emailed them. I got a tracking number a week later, which was useless as the status was always ‘Electronic Shipping info received’ Of course, after these 2-3 weeks, it was too late to launch a PayPal dispute. I emailed every fortnight, with NO RESPONSES. Until the 24th JANUARY, when I got a reply saying they would ‘look into it’. I have responded to this twice since and had no reply. It has been 18 weeks since I placed my order. I have been made to feel stupid and helpless in this, does anyone have any suggestions??

I ordered a shirt from her Coco De Coeur site and it arrived with a rip in the front of it, I emailed her and she responded saying "omg I'm so sorry I'll send you a new one", I waited a few weeks, nothing came so I emailed again- got a one-line response saying she'd "send a new one". MORE weeks past and nothing came in the mail, so again, I sent an email, all she says in response it "I sent it to you I thought you received it" no tracking number, & wouldn't respond to anymore emails after that!

Filed a dispute against Coco de Couer today since it's been 17 days since my order with no receipt of my items or response to my two emails. Apparently, according to other's reviews, that seems to me the magic key to getting the shit you paid for so we'll see.

You filed it with PayPal? Let us know what happens.

Taste of her own medicine. In Topshop today I saw they were selling a "Trouble Maker" crop top with writing the same as Audreys.

Ha! Let’s just wait and see how long it takes for her to cry plagiarism. Forever 21’s done it before too, FYI ;)

I've ordered something from Coco de Couer, it's been two weeks exactly and it hasn't arrived. Normally this would not faze me (some clothing companies take 2-3 weeks to get an item to you), but she hasn't responded to either of my two emails asking for an idea of when the things might arrive, which is suspicious to me since when I sent her an email before making a purchase I received a response almost immediately. I sent both my emails on weedays as well, one last week and one yesterday wtf.

ive been a huge audrey fan for years and im so shocked at just how many people she's nicked ideas from. Obviously, designers take inspiration from other people. But there's 'emulating' something and then there's just blatent copying. She doesn't even change photoshoot ideas to suit her own style! Gutted cause i really respect her. Thanks for this blog, i now know not to order from her.

i ordered a shirt from coco de coeur 2 weeks BEFORE CHRISTMAS. i've emailed her company multiple times but still no response. i've gone on her formspring, STILL NO RESPONSE, the fact that she got the money for what i bought and never sent me the item is really pissing me off.

In one of her recent posts on her blog called 'Vice Magazine GIF Shoot' she literally says: "Vice magazine recently did a photo shoot with the intention of turing it into GIFS. I love this idea, totally staling it for a shoot in near future. SICK."

vice mag is far from the first to do this so whatever, i’m not gonna hate on her for choosing to use a medium that’s basically already tired
