The exact same thing happened to me when ordering from tokyolux. I had sent four emails over the course of two weeks to multiple email addresses and got nothing back, when my it had turned into a month of my item not arriving. I opened a paypal dispute and soon after my items arrived. What was crazy to me, is that she shipped from California to California. There is no way in hell it should have taken 2 months for my item to arrive. buyer beware
