you should make every effort you can to get in contact with her before you open a dispute. i’m pretty sure you have 45 days from the day of payment to file a claim with paypal though.

Nothing beyond what I’ve already posted. Update me if you find anything. I just left a message with her to contact me if she’s interested in sharing, so we’ll see. Apparently she knows other designers who have been cheated similarly.
